Calling all Waitresses, past or present!

I'm almost done with my original fic.  I'm half way done writing the second to last chapter.  But, I've come to a road block.  I need to pick the brain of someone who knows the ropes of waitressing.  My MC is working at a Steak House.  But I know next to nothing of how a waitress starts a shift or much else for that matter.

So, if you are willing to help a girl out and you have worked in a restaurant, let me know.  I'd like to interview you.
