I apologize for the post spam today.  I just keep finding things that need to be posted.  I help mabel_marsters get things up on her LJ for the time being until she has a few free moments where we can do a transatlantic tutoring session via AIM on the ways of LiveJournal.  She gave me a link to the forbiddenawards where she'd won a Judge's Choice Award for Universal Vampire.  As I'm scrolling down the graphics, I spot one for my Spike/Bones crossover Where Blood and Bones Meet .

I now remember getting it and being so pleased with it.  I just forgot about it.  : (

So here is the award and the nice words a judge/mod had to say about it.  (I love that the awards on this site come with a little write up.  What a nice touch.)



Such a fun little romp with a mischievous Spike proving to Dr. Brennan that vampires exist. Wonderful characterization of both fandoms, including the small bit of dialogue between Agent Booth and Bones about mummies. It may be short, but definitely not short on entertainment!
