Brief Update. I Miss You All

Hello everyone.  I just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I'm still with out high speed internet and if I've missed anything important, feel free to leave a comment to this message with links to posts or whatever.  I have been able to read my email everyday, but it takes forever to get through even the first 20 posts on my LJ flist.  I'm beginning to feel out of touch. 

Things have gotten better in some ways and have gotten worse in others in my RL situation.  The good thing is that my husband and I have not let any of these external things affect our marriage.  We haven't had too many bad things happen to us in our lives or during our marriage, but when things have gotten tough, we band together and get even closer.  We've been on an extended vacation at my mom's house and my children have.been happy, so I'm grateful for that.  We should be moved into a new house in a few days, but I don't know how long it will take before they get my Fios service switched over. 

I have been trying to get some writing done and I'm currently writing ch.20 of Not My Reality.  Though I have to use a my flash drive to move files back and forth for getting the chapters beta'd, it looks like there should be no delays in posting the chapters.  The reviews for this story have really been a bright spot in my suddenly bleak world, so I really cherish each one.  I promise to sit down and reply to everyone and to any LJ comments, as soon as I have a free moment and high speed internet.

Not My Reality was nominated at SunnyD awards for two categories.  I can't remember which ones, sorry.  I just say the email briefly.  Who ever nominated the story, thank you very much.  It made me smile.

I miss being about to read and comment on everyone's posts.  Just know that I have not forgotten you all and I plan to be back in action A.S. A. P.
